NZ Moray Property Ltd. is a privately owned commercial property company based in Dunedin, New Zealand. Founded over three decades ago, we have built our reputation on a straightforward philosophy: own quality assets, manage them with care, and build lasting relationships with the tenants and partners who rely on us.
We are not a large corporate. We are a focused, hands-on property company that takes pride in what we own and how we manage it. Our decisions are made for the long term — not the next quarter.
